Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain KEWW’s iOS and Android applications.
  • Test mobile builds, bug fixes, updates, and new features.
  • Assist with Apple App Store and Google Play releases.
  • Troubleshoot app submission, compatibility, approval, and release issues.
  • Identify, reproduce, investigate, and document software bugs.
  • Troubleshoot issues reported by users and internal team members.
  • Test applications across different devices and operating-system versions.
  • Support website maintenance and updates.
  • Assist with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Support PHP and WordPress customization when needed.
  • Troubleshoot APIs, integrations, authentication, notifications, and application functionality.
  • Document testing results, fixes, release notes, and completed updates.
  • Collaborate with the lead developer and internal team.
  • Communicate progress, questions, and potential technical roadblocks.
  • Contribute ideas to improve platform functionality and user experience.

Requirements

  • Hands-on exposure to developing, testing, maintaining, or supporting iOS and Android applications.
  • Familiarity with Apple App Store/App Store Connect and Google Play/Google Play Console.
  • Understanding of mobile builds, testing, releases, and version updates.
  • Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
