Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and evolution of the WorkOS website and wider digital ecosystem.
  • Design marketing pages, product pages, campaign experiences, launch weeks, and event websites.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, marketers, and leadership to improve digital experiences.
  • Evolve and maintain scalable UI design systems across web and product marketing surfaces.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences.
  • Develop visual and interaction patterns that maintain consistency across digital touchpoints.
  • Improve design quality through user feedback, experimentation, analytics, and current best practices.
  • Ensure digital experiences are responsive, accessible, performant, and well implemented across devices.
  • Use AI-assisted design and production tools where appropriate to support creative workflows.
  • Occasionally contribute to campaign creative, social assets, print collateral, and event branding.
  • Stay informed about modern web design systems, interaction patterns, and emerging digital trends.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience designing high-quality web and digital experiences.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design quality and systems thinking.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, UX principles, interaction design, and modern web standards.
  • Experience shaping web experiences and digital design systems across a brand or product ecosystem.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools, and modern digital design workflows.
  • Ability to balance creativity, usability, and systems thinking.
  • Ability to work within a clean, minimal, and technical visual style.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical or product concepts in an approachable way.
  • Experience working closely with developers and front-end implementation workflows.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
