Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android.
- Take initiative in identifying opportunities and contributing to projects without relying on step-by-step instructions.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and refine application features.
- Implement state-management approaches such as Riverpod, BLoC, Provider, or similar patterns.
- Connect mobile applications with RESTful APIs and external services.
- Troubleshoot application issues and resolve technical problems.
- Improve mobile application and backend reliability, security, and performance.
- Help shape the development approach as product priorities and ideas evolve.
- Participate in creating new features as well as improving existing user experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or four years of related experience.
- Must be based in the United States.
- 5+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining complex Flutter mobile applications.
- 5+ years of experience working with the Flutter SDK.
- Experience continuously deploying the same application to both the iOS and Android app stores.
- Strong proficiency in Dart.
- Strong understanding of Flutter architecture and its widget system.
- Familiarity with state-management approaches such as BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or similar.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile environment with a focus on continuous integration.
- Familiarity with Git and version-control systems.
- Experience debugging applications and troubleshooting performance issues.
- Understanding of mobile application lifecycle management, app-store releases, and deployment processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to a team environment.

Salary: Up to $150,000 per year
