Key Responsibilities

  • Organize complex business and personal travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate airline bookings, hotels, drivers, visas, and related travel requirements.
  • Manage and structure calendars, appointments, and reminders.
  • Coordinate daily tasks and help prioritize the Managing Partner’s schedule.
  • Maintain an effective reminder system for important commitments.
